Martijn is organizer and Artistic Director of the International Boogie & Blues Festival Holland. During this event, the best Boogie Woogie and Blues pianists from around the world perform for over 1,000 visitors.

Besides top pianists, the festival offers a lot of great other musical acts such as (tap)dancing, dance shows and many musical surprises.

The organizing Foundation Boogie Promotions Holland has the statutory purpose to promote Boogie Woogie and Piano Blues in Holland. The foundation has been established in September 2003 by Martijn Schok, Chairman of the foundation.
